HMLX offers multiple ways to participate and engage with attendees.
Booth Space
Standard and expanded booth options are available throughout the expo floor, which spans two exhibitor halls. Typical exhibitors include:

Live Demos and Presentations
A limited number of 30-minute time slots are available in two designated Demo Zones on the show floor, running concurrent with the tradeshow. Each area includes basic A/V setup with a screen for presentations, and video magnification is available to improve visibility during live demos.
These areas are optimally positioned for high visibility and traffic. They are ideal for:
- Installation techniques
- Equipment demonstrations
- Product launches
- Educational presentations
- Interactive contractor participation
Space and time slots are limited.
NEW for 2027: Classroom Seminar Opportunities
Exhibitors may now reserve dedicated classroom space for seminars, training sessions, continuing education, or in-depth product presentations. These offer a quieter, more focused setting with longer time blocks than show floor demos.
- Small Classroom: $200 for up to 1.5 hours – Seats 25 (tables) / 35 (rows)
- Large Classroom: $300 for up to 1.5 hours – Seats 50 (tables) / 75 (rows)
- Includes TV cart with Apple TV + HDMI
- Additional time available upon request – contact us for pricing

Standard (10′ by 6′): $800
Double (20′ by 6′): $1,100
Half booths are available to nonprofits only and are priced at $150. These are not a full depth booth; they are a table against the wall with chairs placed alongside (not behind).
Custom booth sizes and layouts are available for larger displays and equipment. Please contact us for pricing (info@genest-concrete.com).
Event sponsors, early registrants, and returning exhibitors receive priority placement. Requests are accommodated whenever possible, but booth placement is determined by event organizers and is primarily filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibitors with heavy equipment, vehicles, and machinery will be placed in the auditorium area, where there is a 94″ overhead door for load in.
Yes, we welcome vehicle and equipment displays and can arrange for custom booth sizes to accommodate. Vehicles and heavy machinery must meet the clearance requirements of the 94″ x 94″ overhead door and must have rubber tires/tracks with no metal studs. Engines may be run briefly to load in/out but must not run indoors during the event.
Large/heavy displays, including vehicles and heavy machinery, will be positioned in the auditorium area for easy load-in through the overhead door and can not be exhibited on the turf.
Vehicles and machinery that do not meet the clearance requirements may be displayed outside in the parking lot near the main entrance.
Electric access is available for an additional $50 fee and must be requested in advance during registration.
Exhibitor set up and load in is the day prior to the event, between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 1, 2027.
Exhibitors with small table displays only are also welcome to set up the morning of the event, from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., but must be fully set up prior to the doors opening to guests at 7:00 a.m.
Detailed exhibitor logistics, setup instructions, and schedules will be distributed in advance of the event.
Yes! A limited number of 30-minute time slots are available for live demos and presentations in our two Demo Zone areas. These are available as an exhibitor add-on during registration. The Demo Zone program will be promoted in advance and in on-site signage and announcements.
In most cases, ongoing hands-on product demos at your booth are also allowed, but we ask that you submit this for advance approval by event management so we can consider safety and booth placement.
Yes! An exhibitor lounge is located near the front entrance and registration area.
