Join us for the 15th annual Genest HMLX (Hardscape, Masonry & Landscape Expo) on Tuesday, February 2, 2027, at The Point Community Center in South Portland, Maine.
Formerly known as Genest Bootcamp, HMLX is Northern New England’s premier event for hardscape, masonry, and landscape professionals. Spend the day exploring the latest products, watching live demonstrations, attending educational sessions, connecting with manufacturers and suppliers, and getting ready for the upcoming construction season.
Your general admission ticket includes access to the expo floor and all Demo Zone presentations.

New for 2027
As we launch the first year of HMLX under its new name, we’re introducing several exciting improvements to the event experience.
Food Trucks to Replace the Traditional Buffet Lunch. Attendees will now enjoy two food trucks conveniently located at the event entrance. This gives you the flexibility to take your lunch break whenever it best fits your schedule, choose from multiple menu options, bring your own lunch if you prefer, or leave the venue for a sit-down meal if you’d rather dine off-site or have specific dietary requirements — with no scheduled break or waiting around for show programming to resume.
Classroom Seminars. In addition to our popular 30-minute presentations in our two Demo Zones, we’re introducing classroom seminars for longer, more in-depth educational sessions. Classroom seminars require an additional free reservation to ensure seating availability, separate from your general admission ticket. Once seminars become available, ticketholders will receive a link to reserve your seat for available seminars.
Name Badges with QR Code for Contact Sharing. Every attendee and exhibitor badge will feature a unique QR code, making it easier than ever to connect. Simply scan a badge to instantly exchange contact information, no business cards required!
Commemorative HMLX Quarter-Zip Sweatshirt
The first 300 registered attendees are eligible to receive an exclusive commemorative HMLX quarter-zip sweatshirt, co-sponsored by our Platinum Sponsor, SRW Products.
You must purchase the General Admission + Quarter Zip ticket type and select your size when registering. Shirts will be ordered in advance, and sizes cannot be changed or exchanged at the event, so please choose carefully during registration. This giveaway is limited to the first 300 registrants and must be claimed in person at the event.
Registration Instructions/Troubleshooting
Because we have integrated a badge system with QR codes for optional contact sharing, our system collects mandatory information for each attendee. If you do not have a unique email address for each guest, you may use plus-addressing to add multiple distinct attendees under your own email.
To use this trick, you do not need to create any new email accounts. You will use your regular email address, but you will add a small secret tag to the middle of it when buying the tickets.
Imagine your regular email address is john@gmail.com. Before the @ symbol, type a plus sign (+) and then a unique word or number, such as your guest’s name.
For your ticket: john@gmail.com
For ticket 2: john+guest1@gmail.com
For ticket 3: john+guest2@gmail.com
The ticket website sees these as three completely separate people, so it lets you buy all the tickets. Your email provider ignores everything after the plus sign, so all three tickets will arrive in your inbox.
